i like them tho i don't wanna move to molokai so i say everyone on i-club pitch in and it will be the i-club race/rally tracks and we can open it to the public and make some money

The only way I are this kind of purchase a reality is for me and the wife to have aquired and sold several properties.... Maybe find a partner willing to develop the land into a feasible track... And of course a sensible business plan...
And of course a AWD dyno while I am at it....
