Is it that you are most partial to the looks of the S15 and to the capabilities of the RB?

Aren't there other engines and platforms that would look sweeter and go faster safer? Of all of the US, European, and Asian vehicles ever made, is the S15 w/RB26DETT the best weapon out there for the money?

I always liked the E30. Almost bought one last year but decided against it after reading that valve adjustments should be done every ~12,000 miles.

After having 2 solid lifter V8's, I'm getting pretty good at periodic valve adjustments.
