i have learn a expensive lesson this past month. decided to act dumb from a stop light late at night, before anyone says anything you know everyone does it now and then .
well just so happens i passed a cop at the top of 2ns gear.. reckless driving and racing on a highyway were the tickets i got.. well one had a max fine of $1000 and 30 days in jail the other is $500 and 6 months in jail. well i just dropped 2k on a lawyer last week and my court date is on oct 7...
so lesson ive learned not worth it to act dumb that 2k was half my 6speed

 

nope never did a stop light run, to smart for that. now a pineapple field or an abandon road late at night thats a different story.

the ;lawyer said i shouldnt have to do jail time my last speeding ticket was in 2002.
it sucks but i chalk it up to a lesson learned i did it so i gotta pay
from what i was told speeding and racing are being treated worse then a dui right now

A long as you have a turbo, supercharger, V-TEKKKK, big block, or a bike, you're all guilty at some point in time.

whenever i see someone flying past me 100+ weaving in and out of traffic i always wanted to just catch up to em flip em off and fly past their ***. But than i would look like a jackass too

 

I didn't read the rest of the thread because, well, I'm lazy.

I will post that people that drive dumb are just asking to get tickets or get in an accident. Keep that stuff off the street or at the very least don't do it around other people.

Oh and yeah, we are now profiled as racers...the only way out of it is to step up to more expensive cars again like we all did getting out of our various Tier One cars when we went to WRXs and STIs.

Well that particular car is just an anomaly.

 

the prosecutor asked for 30 days in jail and fines. i forgot what it was called but my lawyer got the reckless dropped and got me 1 year probation and if im good for the year the charge will be dropped.( yes i have a p.o) i had to setup a meeting with him and dont have to call him back till a week before my court date.
What sucks is if i get arrested for fighting in a bar thats a probation violation and the charge sticks and might have to do jail time
i had to take a safe driving course cost was 100 and my court fines were 352 so about 2500 total for everything including lawyer
