Who makes shirts or works for a shirt making company?

I need like 13 black polo shirts with Security printed on the back. Letters need to 'glow' under the black lights. plus the front will have a 5 letter company name.

sizes range from large to a couple XXXXL.

I know someone worked at that place down sand island but i don't know what its called or a number.
