Zymol Carbon (not the cheap Turtle Wax crap)

I would try Pinnalce Souveran or Zaino on a dark car. They seem to offer a deeper look to black, blue, red. I think Zymol looked great on my white integra and on my silver STI. Also, the real Zymol stuff doesnt burn off like the cheaper stuff.

Meguiars Gold Class & Medallion feel great right after....but they don't last at all in the sun.

If you use Zymol spend the bucks and buy Japon, Creme, Carbon, etc (all about $40). Seems expensive but one jar should give u 20 waxes or so and it'll last more than a month unlike cheaper stuff.

But hey.....you can't go wrong with Zaino or Pinnacle.

yeah I used Gold Class for a couple months before I parted with the integra because I was lazy. Its really easy to use but just doesn't last. Maybe if you're cars always in the shade it might be ok...but I also don't like the powder created by waxes that haze before removal.

my other vote is for 2. Zaino and Carnu-B. zaino for the S2k and Carnu-B for the wrx. both have their own advantages. carnu-b does wonders for bird crap removal and other stuff without being abrasive. awesome on black cars that don't get cleaned often(GF's car). b

I voted for Zymol, it has a nice odor and makes the WRB color shine. I had a similar result with the Meguires products and gave up on them a while ago. The products make your vehicle look nice but the results do not last.

I am interested in trying some of the other waxes mentioned and wonder which product lasts the longest in terms of results. Pinnalce, Souveran, or Zaino?

You need to try 3M Marine paste wax! Easy to put on and easy to take off with an orbital buffer. This wax is made to put up with saltwater and if you live on the coast it's a good idea. It looks great and lasts longer than car waxs. I try not to wash a car that i wax too much, I just run a cloth over the car to pick up the dirt.

I have a can of Mother's Cleaner wax if anyone wants it. Only used once and still has 90%+ of it left.

I can never remember the name of the place.....

But I've bought my Zymol from Pacific Automotive....(something like that) on Sand Island. Its in that little strip mall on the diamond head side with L&L and stuff. I know there are a bunch of internet sites that are cheaper but this is convenient and sometimes he'll give u a deal.

If you go with Zymol make sure you buy the HD-Cleanse too along with some microfiber towels or automotive grade terry cloth.

It also helps if you share with a friend to reduce costs and because that jar will last forever if you dont!
