What settings for the special condition events' rallies?

What settings for the special condition events' rallies?
Right now I'm using an EVO VII GT-A '02.
Spring rate is 14.4 F and 13.2 R. 99 ride height. 3 F and 2 R camber. 0/0 for toe. 5/5 swaybars. I set the rear to 6 when I set the VCD to 30.
AYC is max.
ASM is 2 and 2 with TCS at 10.
I've tried 20 on the VCD and now I'm trying 30.
It's got a stage 3 turbo but I'm about to put a stage 2 on it.
Not have any success with the hard events. The normal events I've won about 2 or 3.
