What insurance you guys recommend?

Howzit i-club!
Just moved back to hawaii from being on the mainland for 10years. I'm moving back with the folks for as long as I can take it, so see you around kahaluu.

Anyways, my car(03wrx sedan) is supposed to arrive in like 10 days. And the mercury insurance that i have doesn't cover hawaii, what insurance do you guys recommend? And what does no-fault mean? I plan on going thru the yellow pages, but if you guys know a good insurance co off hand, i'll try them first.

thanks.

I'm with AIG. Great, quick service.

I've got Geico. They are good to start with, and your rates drop alot after the first year(without a ticket)

No issues with AIG here. Have tried Geico (didn't have any claims) but AIG was a bit cheaper. Progressive for me was alot more.

been with geico for 6 years, got 4 tickets and i was classified as the bastard demon child of james dean. . . my rates went 5k for one year on my wrx(and i still had a mustang to add insurance on.

i switched over to progresssive- much cheaper, never had any problems yet.

Still gonna call more places cause the rates are all higher than in los angeles.

But it's definitely not AIG. They asked if I had any mods, and dumb me says rims and exhaust. And then they wanted over 2000/yr. Next time, I'll just say I'm thinking about it.

i'm NOT having any fun with All-State. their customer service sucks in making claims, or it could be jus me. good luck.
