What do you think of this upgrade kit

Stage 3 UTEC - $5800
Includes:

Godspeed SUS intake

Godspeed Downpipe

Turbo XS UTEC

FP Green bolt on Turbo

PE 850cc injectors

GT Spec Gen II header

APS DR650 FMIC

Walbro 255 l/hr fuel pump

i am looking for something like this is this a good price and if you know of a better one can you let me know where i could find it at.

Yup, that's about the right price. I'd ditch the intake, though. I've got that setup, for the most part and mines works fine with a homemade Greddy filter on a pipe. Also, you'll need a larger or more flexible turbo inlet hose and make sure you've got a braided steel oil line for your turbo and it wouldn't hurt to get the Green made to be oil AND water cooled.

Godspeed wouldn't be the first that I'd recommend.

What's TXS have for their price?

Like I said, I have pretty much the same setup as you, but I pieced it together myself. Worked for a 12.7.
