ol' fashion way works for me....... i rather do it till 1500miles just to play it safe......

 

i stumbled across that guy before on his website. to my knowledge, the piston rings need the break-in to be properly seated, several guys have had propblems racing thier car b4 the break-in, down the line 20,000 miles or so.

 

i waited till 20,000 to break in mine, before driving it hard...
