Wow, you do. I did some searching and I see that others (from Hawaii) have
posted about their problems with recon.

I guess there was a problem with too many modified cars rolling around in Hawaii,
or at least there was the perception by lawmakers that there was a problem.

dave you should have asked for both of the officers' badge numbers. SOMEtimes this makes the POs wary of your next action (possibly thinkin you know of a higher rankn PO) and they treat the situation more lightly. maybe they would've given you a warning. jmho. hope things work out though. gl.

Well.....Wish me luck :)
My court date is tomorrow morning.....I got my new recon for my car.....hopelly that will help me win over the recon ticket....as for the other ticket.....This is my first moving violation I ever got and I have a clean driving history for the 5 years i've been driving.......any last advise???
