full turboback exhaust system is gonna run you anywhere from 800-1200. wheel tire combo is usually about 1200+. I would recommend putting that money into suspension instead of power.

Cheapest power add-on, if it does work would be the Sun Auto Ground Wires and the Hyper Voltage System. Anyone used the Hyper Voltage System yet, on the STI or WRX???

Talking I assume you have a WRX

If i could do it all over again, Wheels and tires. Tires alone made the biggest difference to me in the way the car felt and handled.

Sup Ed!

$1000?

If you want power mods go for the uppipe, downpipe and exhaust. You can do the silencer mod with a K&N filter for the intake.

Handling: Wheels, tires and suspension (this will be over 1k)

I think it makes sense to address a car's weaknesses first. The WRX is already pretty quick in stock form. Some would argue that it's not the best looking car out there though and the stock tires blow.

A wheel and tire combo will kill 2 birds with one stone, making a dramatic improvement in looks and handling. Save up a little more and get the best tires you can afford.
