I just called RAD. They have 3 Water cooled fans for the shop right now that they can use for the Dyno. 1 of those should be enough. If you've ever seen these fans they look like 6' tall big screen TVs. Water is pumped through the backside of the fan in pipes(like a radiator)to lower the air temp. They should flow enough air to keep the car cooled properly.
Also I guess you can bring your own to put on top of the engine if needed. For my Audi I'm going to need 2 additional fans for my SMIC. Nothing worse that data-logging my car and watching timing take a dump cause of heat.
Other things of note is that it's a DynoJet AWD Dyno. I asked about pricing and the owner said he's going to keep it close to what the 2WD dynos are charging. A DynoJet rep is going to be here next month to train the staff on the use of the Dyno.
It's also going to be a low profile above ground dyno(~30" tall) so if you car is really low it might not make it up the ramp.

^^^Just got home from Rads and they said that they'll have hoist/ramp to drive up on to the dyno. It's on the "pond" right now. No exact ETA of the dyno itself but the dyno guy is in the middle east right now and should be arriving shortly.
I'm pretty sure he said it stands 24" tall.
