Just wanted to say hello-formally. I've been perusing this site checking out all of the fine suby's here. I'm glad to see that the WRX/STi community in Hawaii is so strong. It's nice to see that you guys wave to one another and celebrate owning like vehicles.

With that said, I want to extend a personal invitation to any & all of you to join our car club (EFI Unlimited) on our next cruise. I would love to see some of the local WRX's & STi's up close. midnightwrx is a member of our club so he may be able to provide you with some insight as to becoming members if you all are interested.

I did not mean for this thread to become a drafting message...just wanted to say hello from one car enthusiast to the next. Hope to see/meet you all one of these days.

Thanks & yes, I have seen your username I think. The BB has been kinda slow as most of the members are busy with their careers. If the STi/WRX crowd wants to come over and use some bandwidth let me know and I'll set up a forum for you guys. Maybe one of these days you and some of the other WRX/STi members can accompany us on a cruise......

I hate to be a jackass, but we usually stick together as the Hawaii i-Club...anyone can go if they want...this is not a dicatorship...

 

I realize that. I'm not trying to steal members away, just inviting you all along. Maybe the i-Club can come as the i-Club and just hang with us. I am always looking for potential members who can help EFI take it to the next level. I don't think the recipe would be complete without some Suby's in the mix as they are recognized world class cars with the introduction of the WRX and especially the STi.

I started the club this way. Going to the various websites and extending invitations, however getting in isn't as easy as showing up. We want to represent the best of Hawaii's EFI powered automotive, both in member quality and car quality. Each member is initiated and interviewed before being given a membership. If none of the Suby crowd ends up becoming members of our club, no big deal.....like I said, I'm here to extend the general car enthusiast consensus.

 

I completely understand...I was not trying to speak for everyone anyway. Like I said...everyone is free to do their own thing!

Yep, Wes is the Man. Blue Sedan, and it's THE fastest. The bastich always pulls me in 3rd gear.

I have to say that EFI Unlimited has some SWEET cars! Is it true that the Z07 went back to the mainland.

Thanks for the kind words, and yes, the Z07 & our Dinan M5 S2 both reside in Colorado now. I missed that car so much, I went and got me a Z06 so I can fill the void!

Hopefully you will see my Z06 in the December show....hopefully.

Gotcha! We have a lot of lurkers on EFI.....I feel it's more fun when everyone speaks their mind though.

Naw, you're thinking of John Fujii. He actually sold it already. I think it's in Minnesota or something. I had the SS that's featured on import-theory.com with John's Supra. I have since sold the SS and ordered a new Z06....should be here in a couple of weeks!
