Wagon Ignorance Here:
Say, I was just wondering (read: haven't bothered to research any) what is the difference between a non-turbo Impreza wagon and an OB and/or OBS?

I am going to take a wild guess and say the obvious the paint scheme and maybe the interior and wheels maybe. They might be on the lower end for features those are the only things I can think of. Other than that they should be the same. I am sure somebody knows for sure I am just guessing.

I was thinking all those things, plus suspension. I think it's beefier than on the TS, but I caould (easily) be wrong. Also, the OB is a Legacy frame, and OBS is an Impreza frame... I think.

(Please allow me to digress for a moment. Many people have asked, "What are the differences between the Outback Sport and the Impreza TS Wagon? In my epinion, the OBS is a better buy, unless you are planning modifications. Here's the dilio:
* OBS equipped with 205/55/r-16" alloy wheels vs. TS's 205/60/r-15" steel wheels
* TS does not come with cruise control or outside temperature gauge
Also standard on the OBS only are:
* fog lamps
* cross bar kit
* cargo area tray
* rear bumper cover
* carpet floor covers
* a smidge of extra clearance (6.3" vs 5.9")
* a heavy duty raised suspension (no one knows exactly what this means)
* groovy two-tone paint scheme. And by groovy I mean, "ruins the clean look, but I can live with it."
And there you have it -- OBS vs. TS)
