doubt you could hammer one out...unless its a knurl fit...but you could double nut it out or use a stud puller...

the studs are threaded so you can't hammer them out but you can just unscrew them out. here's what they look like taken out http://www.oakos.com/Merchant2/graph...-800910340.jpg

Okay. I'll try pull it out. If not, I'll go buy new ones.

I'm in the same boat...or at least was.

I was able to extract 4 studs successfully, the 5th was stuck...even after PB blasting it multiple times.

I went to O'Reilley's and they had the m10x1.25 studs...they were a bit long...you could make them work...the 3 studs facing the front and side doesn't matter, but the two studs facing the downpipe would interfere with its length.

Solution:

3 studs...install with the shorter threaded section facing down. For the 2 other studs, face the longer threaded portion downward...you install the studs from the top.

Or

You can call Grimmspeed and order the studs from them...they were only $2.xx each...and the correct length and hardness...I ordered a 3 bolt up-pipe flange and studs from them...they send USPS so shipping for me was only $5.05 i think...anyhow, there are some options for you.

I've purchased the studs from Servco not knowing before and they charged me like $6.xx or something like that per stud...maybe more...can't remember.
