Question Turboxs turboback Question

ok I got the turbo back and i put it on everything went on fine with the install except i can't put the bottom turbo to downpipe bolt on and the bracket for the cat pipe wont go into the bracket. any quick pointers that i can try tomorrow or if not ill just bring it to the intall day and you guys can take a look at it.

thanks mike

PS
It drives all right but i think its leaking from the downpipe because i hear some flutering inadition to the turbo whisle.

There's a dimple in the downpipe for that one bolt on mine... Get a ratcheting box wrench and it should make it duck soup.

I had to bend my downpipe to trans. bracket to get everything on there. It worked fine after that!

You will get a fluttering during turbo spool - that's the wastegate pulsing...

WHOA! it's the wastegate? ****... my wastegate must be ****ed since on partial throttle if I leave the boost steady and don't increase my load on the throttle my car sometimes makes violent fluttering sounds! ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I think I had this only after the Stage 4

yeah there is a dimple but i dont think my dimple is big enough the bolt is too close to the pipe so the nut is touching it. i cant even finger tighten the nut!!
