Dang guys you really lit this one up. Sorry i've been doing army training for the past few days so i've been busy. So I have the new fp green hta. It's a direct bolt on for the sti. After i finish my training at the end of the month i'm going to decide what route to take with getting it put on. Thanks for the answers guys!

I'm not sure if you have researched it, but "direct bolt on" means ONLY that. Yes, it will bolt on in place of the stock turbo. However, there are other things that must accompany a turbo like a green. Injectors 800cc or greater, a fuel pump, and a tune, at the VERY least. Don't expect to simply change out the turbo and OMGWTFBBQ boost faces off, if that's the route you intend on taking not only will your car run like absolute crap you very possibly will explode your motor in the process.

However, there are other things that must accompany a turbo like a green. Injectors 800cc or greater, a fuel pump, and a tune, at the VERY least. Don't expect to simply change out the turbo and OMGWTFBBQ boost faces off, if that's the route you intend on taking not only will your car run like absolute crap you very possibly will explode your motor in the process.
^^ That would be outside the Very Least you would have to do, but if you want to get down and dirty.....
A HTA Green should put down right around 380-390/400 whp correct?
Clutch unless you drive like a grandma.
And here are things you might want to consider to take full advantage of the turbo. A lot of the time the turbo is not the first restriction that you encounter when modding our cars, and a lot of gains can be had by simply freeing up the motor to breathe more efficiently.
Things to think about:
Intercooler : If you plan on running the green on your sti topmount, more power to you, and you will run fine no problems. However, that topmount WILL be the limiting factor in your equation for power. It should be replaced with a higher CFM unit or a FMIC.
Headers : Medium to small Primaries GTspec, Tomei, Maddad, Killer B. UEL or EL to your sound preference, EL will make more power above the curve.
Uppipe : You should be doing this anyway with the turbo upgrade, nothing like having your stock one shred into little pieces and turn your hotside into a meat grinder.
DP/Catback : You already have one I believe.
TGV Deletes/Gasket Match port on intake mani and TGV's : Smoother airflow = more power
Of course there is more... such as meth kits, coatings, wrap, EM solutions, the list goes on...

I'm afraid that may require a re-tune. The billet wheel green has similar characteristics to the old one but is enough of a difference to justify revising the map slightly. Quicker spool and higher flow being the main differences.
