5w-30 is what is recommended, but 10w is ok. On coolant, I'd suggest adding water wetter from redline in as well as your regular water/coolant mix. Remember coolant doesn't help your engine run cooler, the water does. Coolant is just there to prevent boil-over, freezing (hah!) and prevent corrosion.

If you can get on base you guys can come over to my house if it's raining we can do it in my carport...I've installed my parts already I did the springs a week ago and put in my short shifter today.

If you come to my house and want to change any fluids you need to bring something to put it in..I can sponser people on but I kinda agree if it is a few thats no big deal... DrVortex's house would work he has a two car garage.

this is the best directions i could make being as tired as i am. just go west and take the kapolei exit. turn left at 1st light, left at next light, then i think it's the next or 2nd left. and then the 2nd or third street. like i said i can't really remember. maybe josh can post up what turns to take.
