If you've made it to the end of the freeway you've gone a little to far. Take the Campbell Industrial Park exit and stay on that road. It's on the left,

 

i ended up getting off at Exit 1(Barbers Point). I found the GoKart racing place and drove around the factories in the neighborhood...saw some people gettin' down in their cars, but no track.
