Email back from Mr. Onoue is below as well as the PDF to print out the flyer if desired.
Aloha Juan,
We look forward to seeing you and your Subaru Club at this years Toys for Tots event. You may select an area and set up your tent we have enough room for 1100 cars so we can spread out. Parking locations for each club will be on a first come first serve basis. We are expecting about 500 + participants. So far everything is taken care of i.e. permit, insurance, food & refreshments, sound system, traffic cones, news media, Marine Corps. and toilets. I could use some help with spreading the word to other car enthusiasts that you know. I have contacted most of the clubs who attended last year. You may print out and distribute attached flyer. Thank you and your club for all your support.

Well like I mentioned before it was discussed about meeting up at the end of lagoon drive and cruising over. And aeros does have a point about the cops but if no one is acting stupid we shouldn't have a problem. I know sneezerboi mentioned that i-club has met there before with no issues. But regardless I'm down for wherever if anyone has suggestions.

Alright guys, how does this sound?
8:00 am: Meet up at Keehi Lagoon (just off Lagoon Drive on the left).
9:00 am: Roll out, exiting right, taking Nimitz into Ala Moana Blvd.
Right turn into Kaka'ako Park (160 Ahui Street in Kaka'ako)
This is where/when we will park together and drop off the new toys, take pictures of cars/group pic(s).
From here: we can do one of two things.
1. Stay at the event and just cruise/hang.
2. Continue on our own cruise eastward where we can eat and have more photo opportunities.
Input please. Hopefully, we'll finalize the 2nd part before the weekend. If the first part sounds alright with you folks, we'll go with that. Cool?
