The Toys for Tots officially starts @ 10:00A. They will be going through Waikiki to the Shell to drop off the toys and canned goods. Make sure that you bring at least one new unwrapped toy and a canned good.

If you meet somewhere else then drive in, you might be the last group. According to a lot of people, last year it was packed in there.

As far as where you guys after, thats on your own.

I'll be going to this event hope all that received their shirts already will be sporting them!

I would prefer to have people meet up with me prior to SUNDAY so that I don't have to lug around these shirts all day on SUNDAY

Option A - Meet someplace else and roll out to Magic Island at a specific time (early) to make sure there is still room for us.

Option B - Meet up (early) at Magic Island and go from there.

I vote for option A and suggest we meet at Kakaako Park since it's pretty close. We need to pick a meet time and a time we plan to roll out to Magic island. When we roll out from Magic Island will probably depend on where we are parked and when the other clubs go. After the toy drop off we probably just need to put together a list of stop points in case people get lost on the way. I'm assuming we will work our way out toward Hawaii Kai and end up on the windward side for lunch.

Meet at 8:30 and roll by 9:00 that gives us a hour to b.s. at Magic island.

How does that sound?

Sounds like a plan....

Now we just need a rough route for after the toy dropoff to include a place to stop for lunch (and maybe dinner).

Any suggestions? Keep in mind any stops need to have parking for a lot of cars. The cruise in April had over 20 cars.

I think having lunch at an open area, whether it be at ********s hat or another park is a great idea. Lot's of room to park, mingle, shoot the ****, etc. We can BBQ, and/or I can get Papa Johns.....whatever everybody wants to do. I think the most important thing though is to get an aproximate headcount, ie REPLY to mehlts thread
