here's the info i rec'd from the organizer at KMCBH -- this info applies to the official Toys for Tots cruise from Magic Island to Waikiki.
i think i-club usually meets beforehand and cruises to Magic Island, before joining the rest of the car clubs.

Each car club is invited to participate with the following requirements.........
1. EACH car must bring NEW UNWRAPPED TOY for child & CANNED GOOD ITEM for
Food Bank.
2. Meet at Ala Moana Park, Magic Island Parking Lot.
3. Caravan leaves promptly at 10:00AM.
4. Caravan ends at Kapiolani Park Paki St. Parking Lot, where toys & canned
goods are turned over to USMC Reserve Marines.
