Thinking about selling the GC...

Thinking about selling the GC...
So I have come to a rather difficult decision to make. As much as I love the 2001 widebody RS that I have, I may be thinking of selling it. I (and a few others on here) have put it a lot of work, blood (literally), sweat and tears into building this thing and although I have made it a street car that is very capable at autocross, I hardly ever drive it on the street and I think I have come to the literal end of the road with it. I may be putting it up for sale here as well as other avenues (National internet sites, etc.) but I wanted to know what the few people still on the forums think. Any feedback (that isn't ridiculous, i.e., I will not sell it for $10k or in that area...)?

Car Info: 2013 WRB GVF STi
Gorgeous car, but it's a bit hard to give feedback with no information.
Original motor or swapped/built?, how many miles on vehicle (engine too, if built/swapped), modifications, accident history, how many previous owners, etc...

I believe I'm the third owner. When I bought it, it had a blown head gasket, but that didn't bother me, since the plan was to make it into just a daily driver. However, that plan quickly changed when a 2004 STi came up for sale and that was it.
The engine is a built 2005 STi engine that can handle way more than the 350+hp it does now. The engine has about 53,000 miles on it, 2005 STi axles, brand new rear differential, 2004 STi 6-speed transmission, 2005 STi interior with Spec-C seats, operational A/C, RCE Tarmac 2 suspension, front and rear upgraded swaybars, etc. I can go on and on for all the mods on this car. It's truly a modified but also custom car...the widebody kit and paint is custom.

It's pretty much done...I wouldn't know what else you would want to do to it with the exception of some small changes to suit your own personal tastes.
Like I said, it's not just a modified car, but a truly custom one. I don't think I would sell it for less than $23k
