If I remember correctly the muellerized evo got beat by just about everything in the scc streetcar shootout.

Nope, the Passalacqua Evo (driven by John Mueller) would have easily won if it didn't blow its motor on the road course. Even with the blown motor and 0 points in the final two catagories (Road course and Gross display of HP) it finished second to the Skyline with 1090 points to the Skyline's 1186 points.

The Muellerized car finished in the top 3 for 10 or 15 catagories which included finishing in 1st place for the Car Show, 1/4 mile acceleration, 20-100 mph acceleration and braking tests.

That sounds familiar.

I got that mixed up with the r32, another car you'd expect alot out of.

Yeah I was really disappointed with that R32. The tuners that built it put a lot of money into it and on paper it looked like one of the cars to beat.
