Taking off the side skirt

Hey guys,

I was trying to take off the side skirt today in hopes that I get them painted tomorrow. I popped off those seven rivets with no problem, but the front screw that is holding the side skirt won't come loose. I tried unscrewing it and the screw kept staying in the same place. It's very frustrating!! Looks like I won't be getting them painted tomorrow. Can anyone give some suggestions and advice? Please help?

I'm talking about the front screw now... I know there are four plastic thingies that are holding the side skirt in place inside. I guess I'll give them a good yank then... !#$%
