I have a Seibon CW CF Hood coming in the mail. I'm wondering what is the best way to keep it in it's best condition?

 

Lots of UV blocking wax!

 

don't know if the Seibon hood has the UV coating already but what I would do is get a gel-coat if don't have it then...wash and wax it like your normal car.

 

Yeah, all carbon fiber hoods have a few layers of clear coat on them. The best way to take care of them is to wash and wax along with the rest of the car. UV wax wouldn't be a bad idea because not all products come with coatings.
