Super Ferry to Maui (Cruise Feeler)

Super Ferry to Maui (Cruise Feeler)
Some of you have already heard me talking about the next cruise I am brewing up. Well here it is and this one will take some serious planning and money.
Here is my idea, to take the Super Ferry from Oahu to Maui. The plan is to take the friday afternoon cruise out and to return on sunday. On saturday the plan would be to take a drive up Haleakala (the highest summit) or take the drive out to Hana (either one will be fun). Then that evening attend the local drag strip.
Currently I am looking at departing Oahu on the Friday 3pm cruise to Maui and returning on the sunday 11am cruise back to Oahu. Again no dates set in stone as of yet, pending your feedback.
Things to take into consideration:
What's a good solid date for everyone that would like to attend?
(this may require some to put in for vacation time)
Where will we stay?
Basically I am looking for feedback in this expedition and if anyone would like to help me plan this the better.
Sorry unfortunately I cannot pay everyones fare in this as I am a broke SSG in the US Army
If any of the Maui I-Clubbers are reading this please give us some feedback too, this is a great opportunity to meet a lot of you.

Nice. I'm pretty sure that me and the fam would be down, pending the dates of course. I'd love to see what my wagon would do on the track....just for the hell of it. Hopefully I don't embarass myself and stall out on the line
As for dates.....that'll be a tough one. Everybody's schedule is so different, so getting a definitive "best date" will be impossible. I say just pick a date and if can...can...if no can...no can.

I'm down time to start saving some skrillaz. I call for this to go down ending of summer. As I'm sure during the summer plenny people will be using the SF as a way of transportation for vacation. Should be sweet though.
