I think that you should take what people can order online as competion for you,..Thus stocking expensive stuff like rims/tires/motor parts may not be the best thing for you,..
I think it would be good to see things that most Subie owners first mod,..short shifters, springs, tower braces, and brake pads/fluids/braided lines, front grill is hot item,..
If you can afford to stock expensive parts like larger brake rotors for instance, selling brake fluid, pads and, braided lines would go accordingly,..
Try to get stuff that would coincide, would make mutiply selling easier,..

I live in Salt Lake too, havent got my Legacy GT yet,..bought/paid for and on route from Seattle as we speak,..
