Unhappy this sucks majorly

i just took a pic of my RRFPR setup and e-mailed it to tom at ludespeed....it seems that my vacuum signal lines were hooked up in reverse....the vacuum line that should hooked up to the RRFPR from the engine had the check valve on....and the port where the check valve is suppose to be is where my vacuum signal line was hooked up ....think this means that all this time the RRFPR was not getting a signal to raise fuel pressure....this kindda makes me wonder what else is hooked up incorrectly of reverse on my setup...i switch it around and ordered a fuel pressure gauge to make sure my fuel is raising with boost....sigh

hate to say it, but I TOLD YOU SO!

Knew that thing was installed all goofy.

Glad that you got it straightened out! Hopefully you'll see better results soon.

Motor swap? WTF? Why even bother if you already have the kit and seem to have the problem solved???

true....but i don't know how long my motor will last....we all know what happened to those spark plugs right?? and who know what happened that time when my car hit 15lbs. of boost....and who knows what going on with it now?? with a motor swap..i can just do it and leave it...plain and simple...i really wished i'd choose this route instead....but we'll see....

hey guys

i took my car out for a run last night on the H-1....now normally my EGT would rise from 1000F till about 1350 and 1400 if i where to boost it in fifth gear at WOT....so i had a friend hold the e-brake and i punched it (trying to keep it under 70mph ) and it looks like my EGT didn't go past 1200F...i think this is a good thing and is a sign that my RRFPR is working....are the numbers still kindda low?? it sucks to know that all this time i was playing with the fuel did absolutly crap....remember i am running 3 wopping pounds of boost....hopefully this week i can take apart my uppipe and try to find the leak....thanx
