Any when and where, yet? This weekend? If so, let's do it starting Saturday night and roll out to the track "in force." Let's start somewhere in town (???) and make our way out to HRP. This is a bit different from the normal "Drive around town during the day for all to see"
I think a cool thing to do would be to start in town, roll towards Diamond Head down Kalakaua (the p!mp factor is way up on this) loop around town one way or another and make our way back out to HRP.
Another cool thing is to group together out in Kailua/Kaneohe, come up 13 Corners
down through town out to HRP. Maybe taking Ala Moana/Nimitz/Kam/Farrington all the way out to Kapolei HRP.
Just tossing out ideas 'cause this sounds like fun.

P.S. My major concern is in not having a debacle like the last Speedhawaii cruise. (i.e. racing on the highway and getting pulled over by HPD)

Since Pro Gas got rained out last weekend I think they might have postponed it until this Saturday. I wouldn't count on it being a "street night". Maybe we should do it tonights (Friday)?
