Folks,

My dealer set me up with Canadian mats. They have extra padding below the pedals on the drivers side and have two mounting holes to keep them in place. Here's the info I posted on another forum:

The Canadian mats that came with my car were from:
http://www.dondocksteader.com/ddhome.htm
Milt Cumming (Subaru Parts): (604)323-2233

They were about $133 US, with shipping. I think the dealer received them within 3 days. (** I've since read another post where I was told that the cost was $133 CA which is $97 USA...I did not pay for them so I don't know the exact cost of mine)

If I get home in time to snap pictures in daylight I'll post what they look like. They're black with additional padding on the drivers side that is below where your heel rests while driving. They have the cherry blossom STi embroidered on them.

[EDIT]

Here are the Canadian mats I'm referring to:

And, a current thread from STiBuki:

Did you receive yours Tim? I kind of got frustrated with it and gave up. I sent several pms and a phone call early on and never got a response.....and that was before the GB was supposedly closed

If any other locals are serious about trying to get mats maybe we can try to contact a dealer collectively and see what kind of pricing we can get.

BTW Tim, did you have to pay more for shipping???

I should get them next week (he's sending 2nd day UPS) and yes I did have to pay more for shipping. It ended up costing me $125 with shipping. Still cheaper then the $200 that someone was asking locally.

^^^ $135 at my doorstep.....or maybe a bit less if me and another i-clubber get together and save a couple more bucks on shipping.

Nino,

If you wanna match the price we might have a deal I'd like to keep my money in the state but........I'm not made of it so I need to save where I can.

I think something is wrong with me. I can't see spending $150 on floor mats for my car. But I'll spend $4000 + on upgrades.

Get a dark set of OEM Subaru WRX mats for $57

Price mistake

116.33 is the correct price.

Yeah!!!!

Give me a call!!!!

By the way... the reason I'm doing this is when the firs Sti's first came out there were no floor mats to offer. I promised this to many when they first came in so here it is at my own personal cost.

out da doah

even get da free instalations K.
