From: Ewa Beach, Hawaii...Current Best Time: 12.59 @ 107.48mph (108.47 best mph) in Hawaiis humid weather! w/ stock turbo&intercooler
Car Info: 2004 STi.....stock turbo/intercooler/cat-back, aftermarket intake/downpipe/piggyback
Thumbs up

Arent you running a Cobb stage 2 Brandy?? So, the boost pressure aint stock then...you meant to say that youre running the stock turbocharger. Good job on the shifting steve, thats what I need to work on....I'll try to be there this friday or saturday night. I finally have some days off on the weekend, (crossing fingers) I think it'll be pretty difficult to run 12.7s on 102.5 mph traps, it'll have to be perfect...literally, since I'm having problems going quicker than 12.7s with 107mph trap speeds myself. Hopefully I'll see all you regulars out there this weekend!

True, what I mean by stock boost tho is no boost control, no upgraded turbo or IC. Hell I don't even have a boost guage

Actually your kinda right about the stock boost thing....the Accessport does raise the boost pressure. Trap speed is a good indicator of power but not of driver skill. I know that Brandys car will not hit 12.7's with a trap speed of 102.5.......BUT on a colder night with more cool down time his car will be putting out more power thus higher trap speeds and quicker E.T.'s

Hmmm,
I wonder what my car would run, if I'd remove my interior.....Nah...looks like too much work to remove it and to put it back together, probably better for the driver to lose weight himself! Anyway, hope my clutch completely deglazed itself because at one point during the Bug-In, I burnt my clutch up during 1st and 2nd gear when I tried to slip it a little - bad mistake. I'll try to keep up with Carlos and Sykosis this Friday, if I can make it.

and Carlo, your car seems to be running better now. Was this b/c of the BOV probs?
Yes, it was partly because of the BOV, which is now tightened real tight. It was causing excessive turbo lag. Will be having my ECU reflashed soon because of weather differences, which should make a substantial difference. Will be making a thread soon about Richard from dyno-comp coming here. Hope people take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity.

awwwwwwwww, i thought it was without the cobb, cobb a/p does touch with the ecu and the boost settings, and hey, i got 12.8 with only a trap of 102mph, good luck
