The first heat should start by 9am or around there...and there is no charge for spectators.

i wanna thank larry and chris for taking me on the fun runs... boy were they fun!!!!!! also, for those of you who havent gone to one yet, check it out!!! its crazy!! in a fun way... also, dont forget to bring sunscreen, drinks, chair and umbrella.. my face is ALL burnt up
