Does it really take nearly 2 weeks for SoH and Matson nearly 2 weeks to offload a shipment of vehicles?? If so, why?? This is freaking crazy!! Suposedly a shipment arrived on Monday of last week and they have yet to offload it and release a list of the cars that arrived. How can SoH and the dealers operate like this??

i recently shipped my sister's car here in hawaii to NY via Horizon Lines, they said she'll get the car in 2 weeks....but i dont know if it arrived yet

 

I wonder how long it will sit @ Sand Island before they offload and notify you to come and get it. Matson friggin sucks. I wish someone would destroy their monopoly.
