I am, and have done so in the past

That was great! I wish that I could move like that again. I would be interested in doing that again however I'd probably break something this time since I'm a lot older and less flexable

 

yeah I used to too. Until, I attemped a front flip during practice, and my arms gave in when I was straight up. My arms gave just enough where my forehead touched ground and my body kept going foward. Imagine my head staying still, but my body continues falling foward to the ground (CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!!!) all the way down. The back of my head touched my back. All I saw was white for like 5-10 mins. I couldn't move for that time. I thought that was it. And my sister just laughed through out that time. NO CAN DAT KINE.

 

those were some sick moves, how old is that.. cuz i think break dancin is making a comback.. its huge in the UK i kno that!!!! sick vid, sick!
