Any safety check station should have one. IIRC they're required to have a leveling device to even get their station license...

I can get credit for a grand or two, here or there, but $20k+ at a time would be very hard to do.

Gotcha. It was worth a try though. I'd LOVE to see an ESX740 car run a 9 second pass and drive home on the same street tires. That would make a Supra or two worry.
