Called the Smart, right? Made by Swatch and Mercedes-Benz. I think you can customize the body panels in much the same way you can change faceplates on a cell phone.

yup.. its made by mercedes and you can change the body panel like cellphone faceplate 
.. and theres another small car they call it fiat 500 its small than this car but i dont have picture of that...
