Was shooting manual mode, shutter speed between 1/60 to 1/125 and Fstop from F/4 to F/11 accordingly to exposure level, and ISO 50 or 100.

This is what I usually do, focus on AI Servo and focus on car and just follow while shooting... don't know if I am doing it correctly, but it looks like it works for now.
