I'll trade you cars.
Seriously, if no one buys your car then they must have their head up their okoke.
Yours is seriously a sweet, smooth ride.

Any thoughts on parting it out? I have my eye on some of your stuff. Namely seat covers and, perhaps wheels and tires. Wheels and tires are a crazy dream, but I LOVE those seat covers.

Wow, that sounds like a sweet ride, man. If I had the money, I'd buy it myself. I'll keep an eye out for a prospective buyer for ya. I know you said blue book cost is what you'd want for it, but what exactly is that dollar amount?

If you cant get rid of it w/mods than how much would this stuff be?
STi front control arm bushings
STi trailing links
STi rear sway bar
STi lateral links and sway bar links
Oh and how much does blue book say the car is worth? I might know someone who wants it...

I need to put more time into driving the STi, but noticable things (most are obvious).
Low end power is much better. I still stall out the wagon on occasions starting out on a hill. Not an issue with the STi.
Suspension feels very tight. Freeway driving is bumpy and noisy. The tires make a lot of noise. If I had a radio, I would probably have to turn it up loud to hear it.
The tranny just has a good solid feel to it. Never was really happy with the WRX tranny, though the short shifter helped a little, it still doesn't have the same feel as the STi
Steering is much more responsive and as Dave said throttle has an effect on steering. I need to to more driving on curved roads to better understand and explain this.
I like the feel of the STi over my wagon, but I also need to adjust to it as I'm still not as comfortable driving the STi as I am with the wagon.

yo tim,
just out of curiosity, how does the sti feel compared to your wagon in power and handling?
you could give a good comparo since you auto-x and stuff.

By the way I've seen that evo a couple of times up there.

As expected I need to try and sell the wagon. It has a little over 12K miles on it. Currently trying to sell with all mods though I'm only going to be looking to get somewhere close to bluebook retail (not trade-in). If you know of someone looking for a used WRX which has a good balance of power and handling, PM me and I'll send you my phone number.
I have no plans to sell stuff separately at this point, so please don't ask.
MODS:
Vishnu uppipe
Vishnu underdrive pulley
Vishnu turboback dual tip
SAMCO intercooler hoses
ECUTEK reflashed ECU set for Vishnu Stage 1
Kartboy short shifter and bushings
STi Strut and Springs with STi top mounts
STi front control arm bushings
STi trailing links
STi rear sway bar
STi lateral links and sway bar links
Prodrive P7 17" rims with Bridgestone S03s (plenty of thread left)
Subaru boost gauge on steering column
Wet Okoke seat covers
STi grill
T&T Titanium tint
I have all the original parts for all of the mods mentioned including stock rims with RE92s. They go with the sale.
I doubt anyone here will be interested, but please pass on to anyone you know who may be looking for a WRX with a little show and a LOT of go. (It held up well against the 6 and 8 cylinder cars at the track yesterday)

I may have a buyer for you, I know he was looking at a WRX Wagon. I'll go talk to him and find out if he's still in the market for a car.

Bump for Tim,
This Wagon is Super clean! Probably the cleanest on island, but everyone whose seen it knows that. Prodrive rims look badass on silver, STI parts galore, and ecutek is smooth. I need to figure out your detailing techniques too, very clean and adult abused (track days).
Sorry Pat, the dings on your fenders disqualifies you.
