FYI dave,
if u get pulled over with illegal tint it is $267.00 per window not within legal limits.. which is 35% tint. believe me i know how irritating it is to get tint replaced.. i had 19% all around on my wagon, but i decided to suck it up and get it fixed..your choice just my suggestionn to you. as for your suspension i have no friggin clue other than soften it, u just need 2 inches of free movement and u can pass recon...

 

29 % is the darkest legal tint and the only recon issue anywhere is suspension. I could probs hook you up if you have atleast a little space between the fender and tire. Like an inch or two is good. Or how dark is dark charles?

is it really 29% now? i always thought it was 35% legal tint ?!

 

+ or - 6% of 35...so the lowest the meter can read is 29%
