Thumbs down sadness

i'm driving to school from the north shore and there are people cutting the grass on the side of the road. the guys didn't stop as i passed by and a whole brick load of rocks just shot at my car.

washed my car yesterday and found that my whole front is covered in paint scratches.......almost looks like somone dipped their hand in white paint and flicked it on the car.

DAMN THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!! I DECLARE SHENINANIGANS!

Was the guy who was weed whacking a state worker?

If so, a couple of years ago my friend and I were cruising in his Accord and there was a guy weedwhacking on the side of the road, and he kicked up a rock that shattered the rear passenger window. He pulled over and got the guys name and called the state office (I am not sure what department that handles it), the state paid for the replacement of the window.

Not sure if it will work in your case, but it might be worth looking into it.

Actually that is a very good idea wrx-zero.
I talked with my father and he did mention that it could have been possible;however, i'm not sure if i can still do it considering i didn't stop and get the information.

Thanks...who knows maybe i'll be lucky

Yeah anything that a state/federal worker does to your car like that, even if there is a horrendous pothole that damages suspension and stuff, they will pay for. I had this happen both in Idaho and Washington, bent rim from a pothole in Washington, and a highway worker threw up a rock and cracked my windshield, and the state paid both times. Doesnt help that you didnt get info from them tho, hmm. I had the namesof the people and vehicle id numbers so it was more convincing. Good luck tho, its worth a try for sure...
