Wouldn't this mean that since we don't have 95 Octane gas that the actual power ratings would be a lot lower?
Sounds like a manufacturer is trying to sell a car as something it's not.
Am I all hosed?
Or should I ask Yahoo? J/K

This weekend we had a small get together with some car guys. One guy had a new RX8. It's dead sexy up close and in person. We were driving around and he was in front of me on a straight. He nailed it and was trying but honestly was holding me back. We all had FRS radios and he said wow that Forester is fast! The thing that really got me was when we started talking he said he gets like 12 MPG 
and he has to put in a quart of oil like every 1,000 miles because it uses some sort of oil lube injection system. Good grief. I only found that out because when we were at my house he asked for a funnel to put in some oil. It is pretty though and the doors are trick.
