Is anyone here using this new beta addition of ROM Raider? I just down loaded it off of a suggestion of a fellow HIIC member. It has a new dyno feature that has got me interested in playing with. The dyno feature seems to be similar to the airboy dyno plus or minus a few things. I will play with it later today and do up a little review and maybe some screen shots.

Anyways I just want to see if anyone else is playing with it currently. If there is please post your thoughts here.

Dyno feature as in it will guesstimate how much hp and tq the car has? Sweet

 

That is correct. It takes specific parameters from your ecu calculates them and produces an estimated number for HP/TQ.

 

Do u have to do a wot pull or can it just dyno on idle from the ecu parameters? dont have my car til next week and would like to sample this feature

 

wot pull. then it takes the data from the log

 

wow i wish we could measure a cars HP/TQ at idle. we would save so much gas.
