Rolling a MR2... OUCH!

Man .. that is scary.. mr2's snap oversteer is deadly. He was driving pretty smooth, but I noticed that he almost lost it at the beginning (~5th turn or so) of the run also. Looks like he corrected too late, and not enough? or what? I can't see his steering wheel too well.
But again, scary car.
Did any of you see the drift bible? Even the "drift king" spun a MR2. Hehe.
Sorry to the MR2 owner though. Must be devastated as hell.

Most likely when he let off the accelerator in the spin which in MR2 means you are SCREWED... you gotta keep your foot on the accererator to recover from a slide.

The '91s and '92s are really hard to catch when the back end goes. Some changes to the rear suspension were made on the '93+ cars and those were much easier to drive at the limit.
Even though as with any mid or rear engine car. With all the weight back there when the tail end steps out you gotta be careful. Just touching the brakes (a normal instinct) will shift weight forward taking weight off the rear wheels and compound the error.
