Reminiscing

Who had this when they were a kid?

or this?

or this? (One of my fav's)

Maybe this?

Never seen this one, but it's cool because of it's name.

I couldn't find the Pong console that I had (and I think my folks still have) around 1980 or so. But I found this awesome 3D shockwave or flash version.

Did anyone have the Big Trak?

I know I'm opening myself up with this one, but I am the PONG generation.

I lived through Valley Girls and suburban whiteboys who tried to breakdance, wore fake red jackets with zippers all over them. American Bandstand, Soul Train, and Don Kirschner's Rock hour were my MTV. I remember when Michael Jackson was black. Donnie and Marie were actually cool.

The good old days. Do I miss them? Yeah. But I enjoy these days as well.

I used to go hang out at JC Penneys after school until like 8pm everynight just to play Intellivision.

My mom used to have to come get me.

Unhappy

I remember when "video games" were just those little booklets that you flip thru the pages real fast and watch stuff move...

Russ,

We all did that. Man, you're not that old.

Just because slinky and yo-yos and Howdy-Doody and Family Affair were your entertainment...

And what was that viewfiender toy where you looked through binos at the circular thing with negatives in it of Disney cartoons?

i had the Big Trak1!~!!~!~

it rocked. i had to use 4D batteries though and they were expensive
but yeah...it was cool because it was programable and you can set it to go in certain lengths then turn then a length then turn.
