Recommendations for Transmission work

I know that I've asked a few of you before about this but the money is finally here to fix my transmission so I'm looking for some advice for me so I can start looking for a shop to get this done. I want to make sure they wont have it forever, since this is my only car, and they will know how to do this.

So if anyone has any experience (Good or Bad) with any shops locally to change the syncros and do an overhaul on an STi 6 Speed.. Please let me know!
