If timing is right maybe I toss a vf39 in the box and help pay for shipping.

The problem was never that VFs couldn't be rebuilt, it was that the parts to do so weren't available in the US. However they have been for a few years now, so you can get one rebuilt.

$548 for rebuild, gaskets, and wrinkle red coating. I didn't see any shipping charge. I also paid $94 to 2nd day UPS it to them so should be there Monday.

Thats not bad at all. keep us in the loop. Since i havnt been able to drive the SS im finishing my TMIC, and contemplating putting in the TD04 i got, and was thinking of getting it rebuilt. Snagged it for 50$ spins fine and looks good, but if im doing all this work it be nice to have a "new" turbo. If that makes sense?

I nearly bought on but then I would of had to have PDX modify a cobb stg2 map to accommodate for the mods I have that the map doesn't account for and I wasn't down for lower power so I saved a little $$ and sent her off.

Email this bxx7t-4245779234@sale.craigslist.org A local Craigslist guy with like 2 fresh rebuilt td04. $250 but he might knock price down if your trade a core plus cash. I know he offered $150 if I have him my vf39 but he wasn't down for the waste gate crack.
