Reached 1,000 break in miles!

Reached 1,000 break in miles!
Yay! I also checked the car recently for leaks.
The heads and oil pan are fine, but I have a minor leak where my return oil pipe connects to the bottom of the turbo. My make shift gasket didn't hold.
My Xede is at Vishnu and it will be shipped once Shiv finishes checking all the harnesses in the batch. The map that he will send me is said to push over 360whp on race gas.
The car can now drive to 240 miles on a full tank of gas on the stock ecu. The stock ecu can do wonders.
I have accidently boosted to 5lbs without hesitating and with my egts never reaching above 1400F.
I can't wait!

The beast is coming... So all you need is that exede and your all set huh? I've got a long way to go... Then when I get there I'll still have a way's to go. Good luck

The Xede is all that is left for my engine mods if I reach my quarter mile goal.

let me guess, the Xede is shipping out Tuesday? What kind of car and mods do you have? Because someone said you put a 2.5 block. I thought you have a STi , which comes with a 2.5 block already. Confused.
Or did you put a bigger turbo in your STi? Sounds like the reason for the oil leak and for the break in period?

I'd list my mods, but somebody who doesn't own a Subaru, approached me today and knew exactly what I had. I was like WTF
and wondered how the heck this dude knew.
I listed them before, but I haven't disclosed the specs on my heads. It's the only edge I have so far (I have this gut feeling that Rexstang is going to come up with something BIG ).
Oh, and my quarter mile goal is 11.99sec and then I can retire. I can't hang with the big boys from the mainland with their low and mid 11's.
I don't have enough funds to buy some serious go fast mods.

I know that there are guys and girls here in Hawaii that have enough money to do some serious modding, but they probably have something better to spend their money on.
Heck, I haven't even proven myself yet. Wes, IS2Scooby, gpatmac, Rexstang, Infek, Islandx, and many others (list didn't include guys from SCCA, Auto X, etc...) are the true big boys of Hawaii.
