Ran my new 06 WRX wagon.

I ran my new car at the tracks last night for the first time. I'm impressed, first off I have the all weather tires and about 150+lbs of speakers in the trunk but still had what I consider a great night. My car is completely stock but I managed a 14.454 best out of my three runs.
I had terrible reaction time all night and I kept bogging my launches. I know I have a lot of room for improvement but I don't think I'm going to run it again but who knows.
1st run:
2.154 60ft
9.471 1/8mile ET
73.42 1/8mile mph
14.794 1/4mile ET
91.49 1/4mile mph

2nd run:
2.259 60ft
9.480 1/8mile ET
76.42 1/8mile mph
14.768 1/4mile ET
92.21 1/4mile mph

3rd run:
2.023 60ft
9.162 1/8mile ET
74.28 1/8mile mph
14.454 1/4mile ET
92.20 1/4mile mph

not bad cosidering your speaker box. I remember when i first dragged my 03 wrx I was getting a 14.4 with no box. so definetly brownie points for you. but yeah work on your launch and it should be all gravy

good luck

That is absolutely amazing.

The only difference between your car and mine (when it was stock) is the extra half a liter of displacement.

This post was 5 months after I bought my car (3 months of going to HRP every single weekend through the summer), and after I had a full turbo-back and a bleeder MBC. It took me a good month to break out of the 15's, though.

Your et and trap are pretty awesome, IMO. 60' sucks, but that will come.
