good price
ssrs are semi forged and light as well. my friend has em and he drives pretty hard. through all that he has been through... no dents or warp. they are also less expensive than some of the top rim companies out there.. . depends on what style u choose also!(gt1/2/3..?) they are japanese made and if u know japanese customs u can be sure that the quality will be top notch!

even though i got ssr's i gotta go with ssr's! lol i'm not sure, but i heard that the type c's in 17's are suppose to be the lightest rims, but overall selection of rims, i like Volks better, with their LE37t's to their GT-N's droooll...

From what I read,
the Volks are truly forged, but pricey. I haven't seen any negative posts about SSRs, and they are very light. I don't think either one would be a bad choice. How much do you want to spend?

I think Volks are better in general. There have been a few isolated cases of people having issues with the finish of the SSR's and a few complaints about bent rims.
